Ya, we didnt get hit too hard compared to other places, but werent taking chances since its a new house. However right around the neighborhood...hell, right about southeast LA there were tons of trees and poles down...luckily I hear we only lost maybe 1 or 2 houses in town cause of trees.

Well i think its a great idea, possibly really interesting too with such a mix of countries / climates and city / country folk we could get quite a diverse range of pictures.
I dont have any on file, but i will take a few of my house and street tommorow and post them up!!
I've never known why this thread hasn't been popular. I mean, we have multi-thousand post counts on threads asking you to post what you're eating and/or drinking...
I'll usually take photos around the property to help build up my photography skills. Alas, my skills have not much improved and my photos are coming out too grainy for some reason (despite my ISO at the minimal setting and flash used often):
Aye, we have a bird problem too (well, a duck problem) - they keep using our pools to host duck parties and they leave without picking up their droppings.
.... i'll have to ask him out the back of the pub later on to voice my disagreement..
