Yup..

Almost bought LBP2 he other night, but thought whats the point, i only get an hour or two to play and I'm still loving GT. So much left to do aswell, that's before the online league kicks off properly too.
 
I bought my PS2 in 2005 just to play GT3 and GT4.
In 2010, I bought the GT5/PS3 pack and I don't plan to buy any other game.

Perhaps in 2015, GT6 and PS4 :)
 
The disc went in and never got out really. It probably will stay in my PS3 forever, or "might" be replaced someday when there's a new Metal Gear Solid in the series :) MGS is a game like GT5, it's made for the fans with huuuuuuge amounts of detail only true fans can understand. The only difference is that GT5 is about racing and MGS is about infiltrating and a beautiful storyline. Besides that they both have 1 idiotic genius behind the development of the game (Kaz for GT3, Hideo for MGS) but the huge amounts of love and passion they put in their games are so much alike. 👍

Only games like GT5 and MGS can get me addicted nowadays, have been playing both since the Playstation 1. Can't really be arsed playing games that have a new episode every 6 months like COD, Fifa, Need for speed and all that other marketing crap.

Yep, same for me and similar to what happened when GT4 arrived (7 months consecutive). Couldn't imagine that GT5 is able to pull me away from NBA 2K11, but it did.
 
It hasn't left my machine since release day! Maybe for the odd game of NHL 11 but I'm soon back. At Level 28 A Spec and Level 9 B Spec so still plenty to do/aim for.

Sick of seeing posts from those who are annoyed by the grind fest in the later levels. In my opinion these people need take a break and take some cars for a spin and enjoying the driving aspect of the game. It isn't an MMO pfff!!!
 
Since aquiring GT5 i have also played, for atleast a short ammount of time.

I bought the PS3 to play GT5. I have not played any other game other than GT series for some 15 years now... (applies to console and computer).

GT is not a game... I don't play games :)

Whoa you have been living in a cave, GT is good. but.

1. It is a game
2. If you think GT5 isnt a game, you probably missed out of a bunch of other "not games" that you would love.
 
I bought my PS3 in the summer in preparation for the release of GT5, and it's the only game I play at the minute. Which kinda contradicts the fact that I spend most of my time on here moaning about it :D

Same here, I got Stir Fighter 4, Imfamus, Need Four Speed...
But their in the shelf gathering dust since Nov. 21, 2010 up untill now.

GT5 was the ONLY reason I bought a PS3 "FIVE (5) YEARS AGO".
 
I pretty much only play GT5 lol. I will be playing Dead Space 2 and Dead Space Extraction on the 25th for sure, but then I'll go back to GT5. The game is so deep, people just sit on these forums and rip it hardcore, but I love A-Spec, AND B-Spec, I don't know.. I just love this game.
 
GT5 is the only game I play, and the only game I want to play. 11 years ago GT2 really got me into video games. I had games/consoles before that but wasn't really that interested in spending lots of hours with them. And other than World of Warcraft :guilty: and Gran Turismo, my interest in gaming has been minimal. The only other game I've even played on my PS3 is GT5:P.
 
Has been all I've played and will be all I play till LBP2 comes out.
 
I've been playing GT5 since day one, the disc never left my PS3. Now I'm getting LBP2 to play with my girlfriend... looks like my Bob will get a bit sad... :D

Much like what happened when GT4 was released on the PS2, I am currently playing nothing else except for GT5 since the day I got it.

I have no plans on getting new games either... Except for maybe Marve vs Capcom 3 and Mortal Kombat.

But yeah..I am playing GT5 and ONLY GT5 at the moment :D

I am only playing GT5 since December.

By fate and not choice since my PC had a catastrophic meltdown and I have been too busy/lazy/cheap to replace it.

GT, and GT5 in particular, is my perdition...

I am playing GT Series since the first Gran Turismo in the first Playstation and every GT that arrives, kidnaps my console, gluing the disc with the system for a lot of months.

This last GT is not an exception... i was planning Killzone 3 and Uncharted 3 and it cancelled my desires :D now my only hope is Elder Scroll V in... yes... november 2011... :D :D :D

I got a PS3 for Xmas 09 in anticipation of the 1Q 2010 release of GT5. I don't think I would have even asked for it had I not seen the new trailer. I was still playing GT4!
 
Not really, but I played mostly GT5 since november and there are many great games coming this year and most of them are PS3 exclusive! So... o_O
 
I'm about 90% GT5, 10% GT4. GT4 is quickly losing popularity in my head, though, but I force myself to go back at least once a week to finish up some stuff I haven't done yet.
