hey, can anyone tell me how u make the Lancer look similar to an evo8

in my game it doesnt have the mitsubishi symbol on the front, so it just looks like the lancer

One of the widebody kits makes it look more like an Evo 8 IMO. ;)
 
hmmm i got the matis wbk but im gonna beat the game again the get the other wbk ;) plus DONT RACE RACER X TILL YOU LIKE YOUR CAR EXACTLY THE WAY YOU WANTED BECUASE AFTER YOU BEAT "HER" YOU CANT MODIFY YOUR UNDERGROND CAR!!!!!
 
Hmm... :odd: the underground mode is a little cheezy but it looks like where are the customization happens, well for others the "ricing" happens.

this sounds lame but i have a sleeper supra..... FULLY suped under the hood, Front is stock aswell as the side skirts the rear has a ace body kit, the wing is inferno, wheels: konig blantant (black) hood: stock hood, no neons, head lights : eye lids, stock tail lights, sonic exaust tip (to keep it tucked up into the body) no vinal / decals, paint: lime green (lvl 3, far left, 1 up from bottom), brake caliers are lim green also. IF ANY ONE WANTS TO SEE MY CAR CREATE IT AND IF ON YOUR COMP>> PLZ POST THE CAR FOR EVERY ONE TO SEE (im on ps2) plz

Yea...when i heard my friends talking about it before i had it, i was always like "im gonna make a sleeper" and they'd look at me funny. I only realized after i bought the game that it is pracitically mandatory to rice out the car if you want to get a good reputation multiplier.

actually, this game isn't realy rice. rice is making a car look fast when it actually isn't. on this game, there is an engine to back it up making it -not rice.

Well, it seems I must explain what "rice" is one more time. Rice is not only about all show and no go. It also has to do with a complete lack of any style sense, ie Altezza lamps, huge unnecessary wings, redundent vents. Furthermore, it's the lack of car knowledge, and just overall ignorance that makes someone a "ricer". Therefore, I agree that to some extent the game makes you rice out your car (neons, and aftermarket taillights, ughhhh). However, the car pics I posted are not riced, and they are all my career cars (just minus the neons and roof vents). ;)
 
i dont install neons, "over flashy wheels" hood scoops and most of all NO WINGS if the car has no wing to start wish i dont have on but if its like a skyline i use eather a single deck wing (on that acually producess downforce) or the grifter win (i think its a stage 1)

No. First one is S2000, second is Integra Type R, third is Hyundai Coupe, or in America 'Tiburon' and last is an MX5 miata
