R1600Turbo I think it was, had a challenge to see what the heaviest car with the least BHP to do 200MPH through the tunnel at SS7 was. But you also had to be witnessed.

So maybe anyone can claim any time, but for it to be recorded as real, it needs to be witnessed.

Sides, Mafs will have one up soon enough. He ran the old 1/4 mile thread in GT4 and eventually took over the 1000M thread as well. Proof was always required.
