Does anyone know if the power figures are at the wheels or flywheel?

If changing transmissions affects the HP figure then I'd say it was where the rubber meets the road. Not sure whether this is the case though.

Power starts at the factory bhp figure and doesn't change based on transmission. It's always bhp. Probably bhp in the realtime telemetry stat, too.

Ok thanks guys! Didn't think of trying the tranny thing to work it out

BHP, Take a car with a known HP and compare it to the game hp, ZR1 has 638 hp in each. Drivetrain losses are about 10-20% and would make a figure of about 510-575hp at the wheels.

Yeahm the BHP rating are always factory claims, so they're taken from the flywheel. Also, just to put it out there, drivetrain loss is modelled in the game.

I'd love to be able to see the WHP, though.

take the bhp times anout .8 or .9. that'll give you a good accurate range.

I know how to roughly calculate the dirvetrain losses for FWD, RWD and AWD, respectively. Thing is, the differences in percentage of power lost will differ greatly between a RUF and, say, the S13 and I'd like to have the exact number, not a rough estimate.

Good point
