Preferred date to run BC5

Teams and potential competitors:

There seems to be conflict over when exactly the BC5 event should occur, due to vacations, holidays, and school returning later in the year. Here are some options; please vote and discuss. Thanks!

I voted july 15- aug 15 simply because I don't believe in making things overly complex.

I was assuming that running the races can begin any time after the Rounds are set, with the actual deadlines being spread through September as voted.

How much time do people want to run the races? You tell me.

I would say after the races are set, the drivers of the first races due should have about 10-12 days to get their race done. The first race due should be the simplest hotlap, and each race due next would be more complex, the longest race being the last one due. It went something like that for BC4 and seemed to work OK, so that's my opinion. Are we going to have one race due each day, or are we going to have a race due every other day as someone sugested?

No, I have the deadlines staggered by 48 hours now.
