Preferred date to run BC5

When should the races of the BC5 event be run?

  • July 1-30: We can finish the rules in a hurry!

    Votes: 2 3.6%

  • July 15-August 15: We can't get the rules done that soon.

    Votes: 6 10.9%

  • August 1-30: Long enough but not too long.

    Votes: 10 18.2%

  • September 1-30: Plenty of time to get rules and teams together.

If 72% is voting for racing in September, why do we start racing in August? You should know that in Germany for example we have holidays and at this time I and I think some other drivers as well have something better to do than race all the time. Dunno how it is in the USA, UK....but I think the holiday dates are pretty the same.

I know some can't wait for this competition to begin, but we should be patient and start at the best date we can get. And that is definitely in September when people are not on holiday. Thats at least what 72%, the majorit, decided.

Of course the deadlines are going into the September, but drivers are fiorced to take the last races than. Please think about thisa stuff again folks. :up:

I voted 'None of the above' because I wanted to know the poll results and had to vote for that. I'm not planning to race (much too slow) but I'd like to be sitting in the grandstand and watch BC5.
That's a stupid reason, I know.
