Anyone try this yet? I've heard stories that if the recipient hasn't redeemed a corresponding code that the car shows up locked.

Anyone try this yet? I've heard stories that if the recipient hasn't redeemed a corresponding code that the car shows up locked.

It will probably work the same way it did in Forza 3. You will receive the car and get to have it in your garage but can't do anything with it until you purchase the car pack from the marketplace.

Since they are pre-order bonus exclusives, you would have to wait until they become available to everyone on the marketplace.

Someone put the 1M in my clubs garage and when I try to use it, it says I need to get the DLC...
