Tried this with 4 friends last night. Checking the box for "only show rooms with friends" yielded zero results. We actually had to create a public room and filter down on criteria to get into the same room together. Event the room IDs didnt work. Said the room didn't exist.
Tried several times as well, Private Lobbies didn't work, only creator could enter, no friends, not by 'searching' or ID. Public lobbies are no alternative :-(
