Private messages have reached the max quota

I keep getting emails that my PM box is full but it ain't full anymore(Because I deleted most of it) and I keep getting these emails whenever someone wants to message me.

Have you checked the section of them that contains the PMs you've sent?

Yes, be sure to check your Sent Messages folder.

That folder only has 29 messages and the inbox is empty.

They will count towards your quota, but as the total quota is 50 I can't explain why you would see that message. Go ahead and delete them to see if that resolves the issue.
