I bet, we can do this in GT6 because it's an easy thing, just like changing the numbers on some race-cars in GT5

Not sure about amazing, but it would be a cool little addition. Though I'd still rather see things that could improve the game, number plates not being one of them.

Some cars could be done (ie any of the LM cars that never ran a race and cars like the GT-One which ran 2 cars identical save the number) because there is no copyrights that could be violated. Others, (such as LMPs and NASCAR vehicles) couldn't be.

This could be solved by a simple livery editor ala Forza. There was a lot of talk about this becoming a part of GT in the future so maybe one day it will. It would made Photomode much better for me. I always disliked the plates in the game, always made them look like show room models as opposed to real cars.

Still, this is really a very minor niggle and other things should be done to improve the game further first.
