Prize item bug? Anyone else not getting them?

Hi all, curious to know if anyone else is not receiving the prize items (horns and paints etc) after every 10/30 cars? I think it has happened since buying the DLC packs but not 100% sure. Ive just tested it, got to 1060 cars and it didn't give me any horn when it loaded back into GT life. Any help/advice would be much appreciated,

Wait, so GT5 isn`t giving you the horn anymore? :eek:

Think it`s time to move on to another game then. :sly:

My problem is, I am getting them. 👎 I really don't need, or want, that junk.

Im not bothered about the horns, it's the possible chrome/ gold paint chips I'm after at every 30. And it's annoying me knowing the game isn't doing what it's supposed to, I'm one if them who hates it when something isn't working properly, but even stranger is no one else has come across this before?

And you didn't just delete or sell (or got rid of otherwise) a whole bunch of cars from your garage recently? Figured I'd better ask. And yes, everything's been working fine for me as well.

Around the same time as buying the DLC I deleted a few cars that I had duplicates of, as I was aiming to go for every car in the game but I assumed if my car total went down, I'd still get an item at every number divisible by 10 / 30. Is this thought wrong? Have I missed something?

You only actually get the prizes once. Say, if you'd just gotten your prize for 1010 cars, and then you're going to delete 15 cars, to get you back to 995, you won't get any further prizes until you hit 1020, as you've already received your prizes for 1000 and 1010. I know, because I've tested it out. ;)

Aaaah I see, that definitely sounds like where I've got confused, really appreciate the help guys
