Pro FF Challenge Help!

At the moment im stuck on this one, im using a Jdm Integra Type R w/ about 400 hp...i need some suspension settings for this car of if someone knows of a better FF car please me know, thanks.

Set rear toe to -1.5 or -2.0 - you'll see an instant improvement.

Off the top of my head:
Springs: 9.0/13.5
Ride: Minimum all round - but jack up the back by 5-10mm for Deep Forest
Dampers: 10s everywhere
Camber: 2.5/2.2
Toe: -0.5/-1.5
Stabs: 4/4

Welcome to GTPlanet, FD. That car should be more than enough to win. I ran it at about 250 hp and won everywhere easily. Here's the setup:

Honda ITR

T2 tires
Lightweight 3
Racing suspension
Sports brakes W/ balancer
Racing transmission

Springs: 9.0/12.0
Height: 95/95
Bound: 5/10
Rebound: 5/10
Camber: 3.5/0.0
Toe: +0.5/-1.0
Stabilizers: 3/6
Brakes: 12/18

Autoset: 23
Final Drive: 4.550

ASM: 0
TCS: 1

That was good for 20-30 second victories over the TRD Celica. Hope this helps.

yeah im havin problems with this too. im using neon_duke's settings (for the ITR, or course) and im losing by 30-35 seconds. what were your lap times?

Hi, ceiling_fan (nice name BTW) and welcome to GTPlanet.

My times were like this, on T2s with no pit stops, and no qualifying:

Deep Forest:
Total: 14':54.503"
Fast Lap: 1':26.671"
Margin: +19.007", TRD Celica

Rome:
Total: 16':52.915"
Fast Lap: 1':38.254"
Margin: +33.605", TRD Celica

Monaco:
Total: 19':10.138"
Fast Lap: 1':52.699"
Margin: +31.355", TRD Celica

From looking at my notes I realized I had the race LSD set at 10/30/20 as well.

The key here, particularly at Monaco (and to some extent Rome) is to carry as much momentum as you can into the turns, and be gentler on the throttle at exit. Otherwise the front end washes out and you hit the wall, which alwyas costs time and speed. I've also done it in a 197hp Lupo Cup car (NA1, I/E1, chip; otherwise stock) on T5s with somewhat similar results but a little smaller margin. That is a fun little car, too.

If I can offer any specific advice let me know. Otherwise, try the Xsara rally car if you need to get the job done. Good luck!

Yeah,I am losing by 13 seconds on deep forest. That is one of the few tracks I really really HATE.I've beaten the other 2 courses easily.I used your settings for the ITR but am having trouble turning.:banghead: The Spoon Civic Type R keeps kicking my rear.

Another new member! Welcome, Apex.

What are your lap times, and where do you feel like you're losing ground? There are some places you can go very fast and there are some places it's actually quicker to slow down a bit. You can see that my margin was 10-12 seconds smaller there, anyway.

for the FF races use the lupo cup car its not as fast as some other cars but it handles so nice you barly have to break to make it around the corners on deep forest
