problem whit PS3 PASSWORD

guys im having problem to get my new password they sent a "e-mail" but never get it and i cant play what to do i waited like 3 hour cheking my email but still whit no get it help me guys

Just go to PSN and do it there, or through the PS3.

It may take a few tries as the network is still a little wonky. If im reading your problem right.

Yup, I updated, then if you go into sign in, itll say you need to change your Password and bring a screen where you input your new password.

May take a few tries because it would get timed out sometimes.

Search your emails. Have you never got an email from psn?

I think I understand and I also have the same prob. I was able to download the update and change my password in my primary account. When my son tried to log in, he kept getting an error message. I helped him log into PSN via the computer to change his password ther, but it would not allow us to. The site kept timing out.

Add PlayStation_Network@playstation.sony.com to your address book.

PSN down-> unable to play on-line in GT5.
It's relevant to GT5.
The problem is, the question is not about GT5.

How about you people get off your high horse and give a fellow gamer a bit of advise on how to get back online , it's not that hard to help out is it ?

My understanding in the error message is that PSN is still having some problems working out the kinks and you sometimes don't get through to change your password via your ps3. ( i havent gotten through yet either....i get the error message) I found out that you just keep trying every so often to do it and you will eventually get through. Hope this helps.

It can take up to 24 hours for the e-mails to get to you.
See if it's there tomorrow, if not THEN complain.

I changed my password on my console with no email .

Just fire up the PS3

enter a new password at the prompt

then it will reboot

choose autologin

and you can sign in

What about the birthday, did you have to enter it? Some people probably used a different date for the birthday car trick, and may not remember it.
