problem with Android app

I'm not sure if it's been reported yet, but everytime I open the app it says "Incorrect login. Invalid attempt 1/5 ". I then have to restart the app and it then allows me to put my login in.
I use a Galaxy s4 that I got about a month ago.
 
I'm not sure what would cause that, but the mobile apps are deprecated and no longer updated or supported. Don't worry, though - they will be replaced within a few weeks with a new mobile website which will have none of these issues.

Alright. Can't wait for the mobile website cause the app is missing a bunch of things too. No bolds, colors, etc.
 
Any news on the update? I think why the Android app doesn't work is due to the latest Jelly Bean OS (4.2.2)

Please note that if you go from gtplanet.net to the forums on an iPad, it still points you to the mobile apps. On that page, the mobile apps have fairly large icons and there's a small link at the bottom for if you want to go the web version, which does not exactly point users in the right direction. The web site works pretty well already on an iPad BTW. 👍

Jordan, I have the gtplanet app on my ipad and it seems to have a few bugs. It is quite unresponsive at times and certain buttons don't respond when I tap the depending on which way I am holding it, and I know it's not my ipad because I can tap the areas on other apps etc, and it is fine. I have had the app on my phone, and that was flawless, but the ipad app does seem to be not perfect at the moment. If there was a way to fix these issues I would be grateful. Thanks! :D

Yes, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, but as I mentioned above, neither the iOS or Android apps will be receiving an further updates.
