I'm almost done with the cafe and still don't have sport or missions and multiplayer I payed 90 bucks for the preorder I'm not happy about it

I should have unlocked sport missions and multiplayer long before where I am when I first started I unlocked all of what I'm missing I get on one day it made me restart then my progress came back but not sport missions or multiplayer

If you finish through Menu Book 39 and are still missing stuff, then let us know. Or better yet, let Sony/PD know.

How do you let Sony/PD know directly? I have a different problem that I need to let them know about, and I cannot find any way to contact them directly. The twitter tagging method does not work.

Apparently there is a chat agent function on the PlayStation Support website. At least in the US: https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/

Yeah, I did reach out to them and have a case open with Sony for the issue. They weren't doing anything until I mentioned I would be speaking with a consumer protection agency in Australia (ACCC). Now they've "escalated the issue" and it's being investigated. Hopefully they can actually fix the issue... Though it's been 2 weeks since I raise the case and no progress has been made... So I might have an expensive frisbee on my hands 😅
