Try it on Ruapuna Park Club, Asia (on PS4) and report back. Good luck.
Fun little track, some nasty corners. :D Played it for about half an hour and managed a 1:09.290. Plenty room for a couple more seconds as I was still getting to learn the car (aiming for 1:06.xxx, maybe lower). Made a few changes to the stable setup: brake pressure to 85%, brake balance to 50/50. Weight distribution at 48/52. This makes the car a lot harder to upset and you can easily trail brake into corners.

Great combo. 👍

The only solution that fixed this problem was getting on soft slicks. On the hard slicks the problem continued also with very gentle on throttle (10-30% throttle). The front end just gained loads of grip and darted in. On softs the Ginetta lmp3 acted predictably. Perhaps there's an issue with the hard slicks?
That's how the hard and soft slicks are. The biggest difference is rear grip. They don't seem to be interchangeable at all for a given track temperature. I made a thread about it for GT3 cars and posted everything I know, but I doubt it will change or at least have the temperature range adjusted. :indiff:

So I'm still spinning out mid corner, this time the Cayman GT4. I've used the race engineer, I'm not braking or accelerating in the corner, just mid way through the rear end goes away. I've even messed with the deadline settings hoping it might fix whatever input i'm doing wrong. Nope. I wish this was like DiRT 4 where you could swap handling mode between simulation and gamer. Or at least back to how it was on PC 1.
I would start with differential coast setting. Not sure if high or low fixes it but that would be the thing to look at. Also Engine braking.

You deserve an award. Cheers bro.

Doing the rs01 championship. At spa. Started qualifying at 87 ai difficulty (Dubai was way too easy), and they are putting up 2:17.3-2:18 for the top 10. I lower the ai to 84 and they are doing 2:16.1-2:17.3 now? Lower to 67 and they are at 2:17.6-2:18.6. Ok thats doable. Race starts, and im leading by 12 seconds after 1 lap.

I do think the ai as an artificial racecar driver is much better this time around, but there are some times i wish we still had pcars 1 ai, because at least I knew my number was always 88 and not 65-90.

Sorry for ranting, yes I know they are working on it, just a minor frustration.

Thanks. I think this along with opening up the steering ratio a half a click fixed it.

I've found the 911 GT3 & endurance, don't track straight. Also the Audi R8 GT3. Any settings to resolve the constant correcting for XBONE?

What do you mean by "track"? Also, you're on a controller right?
Alignment. Let go of the controller and it moves right or left, not straight. Would happen with the Escort 1600 in PC1, but that was tame.
When I accelerate and try to keep straight, the car is unmanageable. Even when coasting.

And Yes.

The Ruf GT3 did it slightly, but I was able to have fun with it. Yet, no problem with any other Rufs or PC1 R8 GT3.
Fiddled with Toe and Caster, no luck. The 935/77 & 80 are fine. So is the Cayman.

So this happened in an online public lobby at Monza.. kinda interesting i thought.

This happened to me in career mode in the Super Trofeo series. What's even weirder is that my TEAM MATE did it...:scared::p

I've had that problem, but only in a race (career or custom race). I've had it happen in the 935 too. Never had that issue in private testing, where I spend most of my time :p

It's really annoying, I can't really do any races right now.

Interesting :boggled:.. During another online qualifying session, someone matched my time again but it didn't last very long. I'm going to assume coincidence instead of a bug for now.

I had the same issue yesterday with the Porsche GT3 at Donington, it was pretty much undriveable with a controller because it was moving around under braking all the time. The Ferrari 488 was fine when I tested that on the same custom event straight after.

Yeah, it's weird. Maybe the Dampening for that car is off.

I doubt it's an issue with any specific car though, the cars drive just fine in private testing, at least for me. It has only happened in some of the races I've done, regardless of what car I've driven.

So I've not played much but had a go today. I took the BAC Mono out round Sugo in the pissing rain, the car was undriveable. I looked at the tyre and the car was on 'Trackday' tyres, there was no option to pick 'Wets' so what do you use in those circumstances?
