I'm a little worried the Formula Renault 3.5 replaced the Laguna TC as it wasn't part of the initial Renault announcement and the Laguna is nowhere to be seen. Hopefully I'm worrying for nothing.

The Alpine A442B should be a cracker of an old-school racing car and some of those Lotus will be awesome. I have my eye on the Lotus 40.

It might release with the Ford BTCC!

Im surprised that the guys over at the official pcars forum didn't post that pic of all those upcoming DLC cars. Im guessing that they not allowed to because SMS doesn't want them to.
Pics/videos of content that was accessed through hacking the game is not allowed in the official forums, everytime somebody posts hacked content mods quickly delete the post and give people a reminder that they're not supposed to do that.
That are pics/videos of upcoming content in the official PCars Instagram page, those are allowed to be posted in the official forums.

Drooling over the Indycar still. 2014 or 2015...doesn't matter...I want to drive one of those things.

Excited about Daytona and Indy...24 Hours of Daytona anyone? :D
That's one I am looking forward to as well.

Just an assumption on my part, but I reckon we'll get Daytona in January 2016 around the time of the Rolex Daytona 24. The Daytona 500 is only a couple of weeks after the 24h race.

Releasing the remaining Ovals in February would make sense.

My guess for the November DLC/Update would be the Classic Lotus Expansion and Car Pack. Since it has been teased via Instagram, you have to assume it is next. Unless they push it to December to make for a big Christmas Expansion.

November/December could bring the Renault cars.
March could bring Indy and its cars, to align with the season starting up.

My hope is at some point in the near future we get a "Career Mode" update. Basically a download which would fully incorporate all of the new content into the Career structure (ie not just Invitational Events). That would be a great "DLC" update to have, I think.

Maybe that's what the "coming soon" portion of career is about.

We can't even race all the cars that were in the game at launch in the career mode as it is, and I think they don't even pop up as invitationals either.

One coming soon thing that I'm interested in is the one under Free Practice in the Solo section. I hope that's some kind of championship creator kind of thing potentially with custom classes.

Custom championships were in the original scope of the game so I have always assumed that that is what that is for. I kind of assumed it would be a pretty easy thing to implement as well though, so I wonder why, if that was the plan, it hasn't come in a patch already?

It really should be a fairly easy thing to implement, allow us to choose the track order (up to 15 tracks per championship maximum), the laps for each race, the car class(es) and the points system and go.

I'm trying to think of everything that could go wrong with it. Things like having to factor in the number of pit boxes on each track in your custom championship vs the amount of cars you've chosen to race against as that could all go badly wrong if they don't match up. Probably other niggly things as well. Sounds simple enough on paper though, but then again, it sounds easy to not have invisible walls, landmines and other crazy things we've seen in the game already.

I know it was a mod but for GTR2 you could create custom championships and you could choose the amount of cars per race which would be limited by the number of grid spaces. I would like to think that if you created a championship with a 45 car limit that the cars in the race would automatically downscale based on tracks.
