What I'm still not clear on is the ranking system. Of all the races you do during the week, the game takes the two where you achieved your best position, and at the end of the month, those are added to your overall score. So you can't drop in the rankings and you'll always be adding points?

So there's driver rating which is the combination of your skill and safety rating, that can go up and down depending on your performances.

Where they're taking about best 2 results for the race is part of the ranked championships, so if you do GT3 European series on ranked, you will earn championship points in each round (separate to your driver rating). Your best 2 races will be taken to get your championship points in each round until that series is finished.

Viper confirmed. In the GTE pack at least.

That is also now the whole GTE pack confirmed.
Sucks not having not only the 488 GTE but also the less popular 458 GTE from the earlier days. Also missing is the Z4 GTE, 911 RSR 2015 and the non successful Lotus Evora GTE. Other then that it's a solid GTE class pack. Good to see the Viper made it

What does "keep it sporting" actually mean? Is it touring car rules where pretty much anything is legal? Nascar "rubbing is racing"?

I hope it is just an oversight on the announcement and they do have a proper live penalty system, or things could get messy.
Yes, I cannot think they don't have it. Than, if it's a GT7 style, or a ACC style, or a different one it is up for guessing.

BTW: I'm just realizing now that ACC doens't have a proper "in-race" penalty system. You can generate an absolute chaos with no impact on the specific race (sure, your SA goes below sea level, but that's an issue for the next race). Maybe this is reason why it's not mentioned within the in-race penalties.

And the end of the day it's more important that whatever the system is, it is implemented well and fairly to players.

They're making it very hard for me to boycott this game and I don't like it.
You remind me of my daughter, who sometimes suddenly decides she wants to be vegetarian, then she sits at the table next to us and drools while looking at what’s on our plates. Then the next day, she’s not vegetarian anymore.

I’m just joking, don’t take it personally. 😝

No offence taken.

I have actually been a veggie many times over the years. Not at the moment. I don't like to eat the cows but they taste so good.

Not sure if they have Chik'filA in the UK but you're line reminded me of their tagline Eat More Chikin

Car list and track list are looking really good. We already know that the BMW M Hybrid V8 is present in the game from their post in social media but not having the M4 GT3 feels weird.

Really waiting for more impressions on the final game to check if i preorder or not.
