Nissan 300zx confirmed 🔥
IMG_8633.webp

@Famine did you get review code? Do you know when will they start sharing them?
No to both of those things.

However, SOP these days is 3-4 days before whatever the first public availability (launch, or pre-launch access for special editions/pre-order).

If we're in S4S/Giant's plans and get review codes, it'll likely be around Friday 21st.

Yep based on spotted and confirmed cars, there is 11 left.

10 to go now. Expecting at least 1 new car tomorrow, possibly in the GT1 class.

I suppose with 10 cars to go, it's not beyond the realms of possibility that McLaren and Ferrari make the cut. I'm having a hard time thinking what other non-Ferrari/McLaren models might end up in the remaining spaces. Some have mentioned the R390 and XJ220 for GT1. Let's say the Chrysler Viper is added for the N-GT class. Still gives us 7 more. Perhaps Maserati MC12, BMW V12 LMR....Momo Doran 333SP...McLaren F1 GTR🙏

Perhaps Giants have just had a really successful media black out in not showing those two...

Nissan R390
Toyota GT-ONE
McLaren F1 GTR (BMW license)
Alpine A110 GT4
Alpine A424 Hypercar
Chrysler Viper GTSR
Maserati MC12
BMW M3 GTR
BMW M4 GT4
BMW V12 LMR

Easy enough to navigate the absence of Ferrari and McLaren.
Alpine would make sense but it is only wishful thinking at the moment, isn't it? I would love it!

There's still a + showing next to Porsche on the website, and all 9 of the ones we know about are already updated on there. It could just be an error as I can't think of much it could be otherwise. There was one that raced in GTO but that class looks complete now. Maybe they are really going for completeness in the mid-2000s NGT lineup (other than the Ferraris :indiff:) and adding a -R or -RS to go with the already announced -RSR.

Yeah the Porsche has me stumped, there are 911s everywhere I expect to see them, Cayman in GT4, 962, 917 etc. So the only things I can think of (and I'm by no means a Motorsport encyclopedia), is they could shoehorn a 911 GT2 993 (or 996) into the GT class, or give us another left field option in the LMP class with the unraced Porsche LMP2000 with the NA V10.

For Ferraris, I'm a little divided on how concerned I am. I would definitely like to see some older ones, particularly the F40 LM for the GTO class and and 550/575 GT1 for the GT class as I love both of those. The 512S would be great with the 917 for Sports Car 70 too.

The 360 would be cool for N-GT and seems like a glaring omission, but with a Mosler, TVR, Gillet, Marcos and Morgan, I really can't see myself ever choosing a run of the mill 360 (or the 911 for that matter) over any of those, it's not going to bother me too much.

The modern ones I'm pretty indifferent about. GT3 cars are all so soulless and dime-a-dozen that none of them seem significant or special at all, so I can see myself barely even noticing that the 296 isn't there. As for the 499P... From my experience with prototypes on console sims, the LMDh class already has more cars in it than there will be drivers capable of racing them competently, so I can see myself only noticing it's missing when I go "hey wait I haven't been rammed by a Ferrari prototype yet."

The F355 Challenge car was one of the best cars in PC2, I would happily trade any of the later Ferrari stuff for it.

As for the missing Porsche, if they hadn't just shown the GTO class suggesting it's complete, I would have said one of the Bruce Jenner or Electrodyne 944 Turbos for it.
That's a huge surprise, I really thought we would only have 4 GTO cars to start. The Nissan almost completes that class now and adding the Merkur through a mod would be a cherry on top.
If they are targeting 1989 for the GTO class then I'm pretty sure the Merkur was done by then, and the factory/Roush chassis were converted to Cougars already. Since it's the same chassis it's kinda there in spirit. Could always make a mod livery for the Cougar that mashes up the liveries as a "Merkury CougaR4Ti" or something. :P

Not bad. Ferrari 333SP aside, could have thrown in a Toyota GT-One and Bentley to fill the class a little more. Although Bentley I believe has the same engine and chassis as the Audi
