No F1 GTR is pretty unfortunate for me.

I decided it was time to make more poor financial decisions and finally update my sim PC.

Current setup is a 5950X, 64gb RAM, and a 3080. Going with a 9800X3D, 64gb RAM, and 5080.

PMR was a partial motivator in doing this.

But AC Evo was the real motivator, right. Now you can up the resolution to 1280 x 720 and get 60fps in your new rig.
Seeing as it's optimized like dooooky. 😂

I haven't played AC Evo. Don't have much interest in it at this point. AC is kinda hit or miss for me and Evo doesn't seem like much of a game at this point. I'll probably check it out some day in the future.

PMR is the most immediate motivator as I want to play this on release. Beyond that, MSFS2024 could use the juice. Recently messed with AMS2 for the new GT content. American Truck Simulator, a game I kinda hate but still play for some reason.. probably because there isn't a better option.. still looks like a 20 year old game, but still runs a little choppy at times. I run triple 4K screens, though I think I have them down to 1440p so things will run better. I dabble in other things but thats the gist of it.

And of course VR can always use more power.

Ya this is my goto 90% of the time. There's a couple people in our AMS2 discords that are in the PMR beta program and neither one of them say PMR holds up to AMS2. As of now. I'm still going to give it a try but it's going to take a lot to pry me away from AMS2.
Hoping it's good though.
