Am currently driving with DS2/MT/Assists off/No TCS

Will try switching to my wheel and see how i get on :)

BTW The F1 points systym sounds fair to me. 👍
 
Second run (did it with AI but they were all 20 seconds behind me).

^ You know that times with Ai don´t count, too abd cause that sounds like a fast lap... :)
 
Yep, no runs with the AI are allowed because of the advantage you may get by superstream.

My best run at the moment:

T1: 24.5
T2: 45.3
T3: 1´10.4

I kinda screwed the shiqane(sp?) before the T3 time. So it´ll get a bit better.

Remember, only a run/single lap without the AI will count.
 
Well i don't think i can go much faster. FINALLY got one perfect run in.

Can't really get too much out of this car as it handles so good already. :)

For what it's worth the lap time i got when i raced with the AI is nearly half a second slower than the lap time i got from the sector times above (2 laps without AI).

I use DualShock2 - Analogue Sticks - MT - TCS off
 
Those split times must be from your standing start lap...

only kidding :sly:

My splits are more like toler's at the moment. that T3 1:10 sounds quite scary.

I hope you've got me signed up for this race Cosworth, but I don't think I'll be taking gold, not on this one anyway...
 
So err, do the driving rules apply to both laps or just the fast one? Because I missed a particular breaking point, said "screw that turn," and subsequently got a fast lap T3 of 1'09 that was technically legal for that lap...

I'll give you 1 guess to which turn I missed.

So anyway, is that a legal time?
 
I think i´ll also have to scare then Tacet ´cause i´ve also got the 1´10,xxx (well) under my belt :)

to sven: if that corner you missed doesn´t give you an advantage on your hotlap (like the last chicane :) ) it should be OK, i guess...
 
The thing is, it IS giving me an advantage on my hotlap, but it's a pre-emptive advantage...
 
then i´d say 👎, but i don´t make the rules here...
a T3 1´09 high or low however is very, very quick.
 
I suppose it doesn't matter what version of Prologue we are using? If that's the case, add me to the drivers list.

EDIT: I'm using Chinese version of Prologue, and I'm currently on a 44.9 T2, and 1'09.6 T3. Don't remember the T1 right now.
 
So far I've got 24.4 / 45.6 / 1'10.8

The "warm-up lap" is a little bored :grumpy: , although It help to know the track :)

I think that clean first lap or no, have not importance, but I am not the steward of this series

The F1 style point system award overly few drivers (supossing that will have much participation)
 
Took some time out from studying for exams and managed,

T1: 0`24.610
T2: 0`45.555
T3: 1`10.385

Don't think I can go much faster, maybe a tenth or two at the first corner and again at the final corner complex. Still havn't decided on the best line for the first corner. I really wish there was a free run mode. :yuck:

I think the ntsc versions are actually a little faster, but there´s nothing you can do about that i guess. anyway those are FAST split times!
 
I am scared! I'm losing over a second now between T2 and T3. The cusco brakes a so good I think I've been braking early all lap...

I'm way off pace, but I'll still submit a time b4 monday. I don't mind chasing the pack round this time.

Sven, the advantage you get for missing out the last chicane on warmup lap isn't much, coz u r going flat out across start finish anyway on a normal lap.

So your 1:09 must still be one hell of a lap, either way I still think you should take the last chicane on warmup.

Hey sven, if you get any advantage (like cutting through the last shiqane) from your warm up lap, the second lap is not legal.

And don´t worry about signing up, fellas. Race if you want to, and submit your time if you want to. I myself, am not too sure about who´s driving, and who is not driving at the moment. So we´ll see at the end of the week.

And T13R, I dunno if the NTSC is faster, but those are very fast times there. I´m scared :D

I need to come back with some times later today. I suddenly feel slow after I´ve seen those 1´09.. :scared:

But have fun, don´t break the rules, and of course, drive! 👍

T3: 1,11,xxx something like that is what I achieved so far, damn that´s not good at all....practice practice.... :)
 
RSCosworth...I am not going to have time to run anymore laps with this race before the deadline other than my one 25min session. Looks like I'll have to submit that time because I am interested in the series....

Scuderia, you don´t have to submit your time, but I´d suggest that you submit the time. And If you don´t get points in this race, of course there is four other races left..
 
I' had a few laps now, but I still suck!

T1 24.4
T2 46.4
T3 1:11.2

I'm going through the first sector OK, but look at my T2! Its so slow, from T2 to T3 is quite fast but I really don't know what you guys are doing in sector 2 that gains a whole second on me...

Looks like I'll have to do a bit of practice yet.

toler u said you think a perfect lap would be 1:XX ( i read it b4 u edited it)...well not with me driving:)
 
just try to brake veeeeeeeery late and times should follow tacet 👍

I know....I'll submit it in the hope of scoring "a" point at best but I doubt it, the lap is way off pace....but no worries.

Hello all! New member here. :)

I saw this race series and had to join up. Don't know most of you, but I do know Famine and Sven from other GT sites. They would know me as Si Mark from P&G Racing. Since that site has more or less shut down until GT4 comes out I need to get my race fix somewhere. :lol:

Oh BTW, I have an NTSC/J version of Prologue (using GT Force wheel) and after about 20min of racing I am no threat to any of the front runners whatsoever. :p

I just wanna ask if someone knows if there are time difrences between the PAL and the NTSC versions of prologue...
I think I heard something about that in other sites.
 
there are some rather insignificant differences, like a few cars that have different gear ratio´s and minor graphical changes but nothing you shold really worry about...

btw, a T3 1,09 is in sight guys :)
