Since we can't drive with AI at the canyon any way you slice it, can we set it to pro and have 5 uninterrupted laps?

This track is beating me.

I'm doing a 1:37 all the time now and improving my splits, but my best lap was a 1:37.8 and its still a second faster than anything I can do now :confused:

I've done a 1:37.1 and its still not good enough to beat it!

I'm going to have to watch my replay!
 
i know where your coming from, the final section of the track suxx for me too!
 
Yeah its that last bit, the faster I try and go, the slower my time is!

I see you have Rossi on a 2004 Yamaha as an avatar.

Race 2 is about to begin..think I'll watch it and leave the Grand Canyon for a while.

One guess as to who won Race 1?
 
I don´t think I´m going to submit a time this week. I haven´t had time on the track enough.

I´ve done one(!) run and didn´t save it :D
But have fun and don´t forget the deadline!

:crazy: After finally getting the chance to run this race on Sunday I nearly forgot to submit a time. OK, enjoyed this a litle more than I expected..First time I've really had a go with the wheel on Dirt. Best sectors were 1:06.600 T1 and 1:35.074, as usual though not in a clean attempt :yuck:
Submitted time had sectors of 1:07.432 and 1:35.551...good luck to all,

Great time Prancing Horse. I had a T2 1:35.5 but messed it up straight after
( think I was looking at the time split...why are they always shown just before bends!)

I worked hard on this one but I'm still half a second off you!

T1 1:07.163
T2 1:36.232

My T1 is quicker than yours..and you are fast..so that gives me some hope for the last sector, I might claw some time back 👍 (yeah right!)

Have to admit, I enjoyed it as well. Go back and do your lesson 40. I took three seconds off my record!
 
Ahh more times coming in and getting quicker!! Gonna get back to it then :)
 
Ok, never thought I would say this, but I'm down to a 1'34.3 T2 and there is still MORE to go get, and GT.DB is bye bye :D

Edit: now gunning for 1'33s
 
Alright I'm done with this one, final sector times:

T1: 1'06.212
T2: 1'34.215
 
I got a 1'34 once, but I figured it had too many wall contacts to be legit. I'm just trying to get a clean 1'35 race...
 
T1: low 1`6's
T2: low 1`34's

Can't manage to put it all together into one lap yet though.

I'm done now.

T1: 1`05.987
T2: 1`33.997

Lap wasn't as fast as it should have been. Slow in the last sector.
 
final spot for me in this one. my times just wouldn´t come as you´ll see later on. hope the next time i´ll have a chance for some points again...

I've been playing Driv3r (awesome game) and Transformers (one of the best looking, best sounding, best handling etc game i've ever seen/played) on the PS2 for the last five days so i doubt i will get a chance to do this race.

Oh, comon, I got Psi-Ops last week, and if I can pull myself away from that, then you should be able to escape Driv3r :rolleyes:
 
No not really as i was trying to finish it (which i did). And then my brothers wanted to play it so...
