I also like Sunshine. It's nice to have a Pay & Spray so close to your garages, if you can get there you can quickly get rid of any stars you might have.

It's great for that cause the Law Enforcement never come on the top floor

An you can pick them off from the ramp to teh second floor.

Plus with a save spot, you can refill your health whenever you want:D
 
You'll get one for collecting all of the cars in the final car list.
 
Also, you get the bloodring bangers, after you complete the mssions for the bloodring race.

They are parked on the left side of the stadium (left as you head towards it)

one is a glendale, and the other is a oceanic.

Why would I want one of those crappy cars? They're everywhere in the game anyway, the Glendales are on the west side, oceantics on the east...
 
my favourite vehicle is, of course, the PCJ600. I bought Club Malibu and i tossed a molotov into the crowd of people dancing. This game rocks man.

Which is another property thats good, and is worth the money? (Good jobs, good pay and fun). Oh and i already bought pole-position, sunshine, kaufman cabs, malibu...
 
sunshine auto's gotta be so much space for cars ..plus the ones you get in the show room

I Keep my tank here great staging point for some serious carnage :D

I own the boat yard, printing mill,movie studio,taxi firm,sunshine auto's,malibu club,ice cream factory,pole postion...

Is there any othercompany's you can buy ??

hmmm those two ill buy mabye... i dont think there are anymore properties, unless someone else knows :)
 
I like the Vercetti Estate. Your own Stretch, Infernus, and Sea Sparrow. :) Plus, it's a cool cool place to live.

Did you to into the bank after you finished the Malibu missions? It's pretty funny!

i've had a look around and there is'nt any more properties to buy ..just got the hidden missions to do then im complete:) im at 70% now
