ps2 burning/ patching

Im trying to learn how to burn ps2 games but i dont know where to find a patching program. Dose anyone know where to find one? Or do i even need one? please reply

Yes - wrong place.

You'd need a mod chip first to actually play a burnt game and they are illegal as it is.

wrong....it is only wrong if you sell the burned copy of the game or buy/rent the game,burn it then return it.
