PS3 messages help please

Hey guys.
My Mrs switched on the PS3 last night to Google something and I received 61 messages some dating back to 5 weeks ago.
Anyone else had this happen?
I will add the PS3 Is switched on & signed In everyday.

I received a couple of messages today dating back about 4 /5 days...

Maybe a reset by the network servers?

My mates has deleted me twice, along with half his list. It does it randomly which is quite strange...

I was lucky as they came back the next day.

Now I've just sent a friend a message & It hasn't even listed It In my sent box.
How bizarre.

That's why I've made a list of my friends in excell and description from where I know the guy.

I still can't send or receive messages via Psn but people can invite me to text chat ect.
Any ideas?

Anyone point me In the right direction to contact Sony via e-mail or whatever please.

I apologies for the double post but I'v I'd edited the above post this would not be noticed.
After a 30 minute phone call to Sony customer services I'm no better off.

I can send messages but they don't log In sent message folder.
I can't receive messages.
I erase sent messages box & It does.
I erase received messages box & It doesn't.
I try & erase received messages individualy & I get error code 80030001.
I receive PSN friend requests where your friends list Is but not In message inbox.
I'm baffled & any advice Is greatfully received thanks.

EVERYTHING WORKS FINE IF I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT VIA BROTHER IN LAWS PS3.
