Thank you for a great reply !. I was looking for a spoiler tags option just before but couldn't find one, it would be good if it was a proper option :) .

It was the least I could do :)

Agreed, a spolier tag option in the toolbar would be pretty handy - so thanks to Spacegoat for pointing at alternative out.

Ummm. Not a spoiler, just what i think will happen. Not a spoiler.
I apologize. I read another user say that major plots have been leaked and then I see your post. That's where the misunderstanding came from. Again I apologize.

Digital version of The Last Of Us playable during download after 50% mark is reached.

Game Informer
Naughty Dog's creative director Neil Druckmann and The Last of Us game director Bruce Straley told Game Informer that Sony has worked a little magic so that you won't have much of a delay before playing the digital version. The game will be playable once the download hits 50 percent. Sony has promised that, on PlayStation 4, downloadable games will be almost instantly playable while the download carries on in the background.

30+ mins. of gameplay. These are the lead ups to many of the scenes seen in earlier trailers, so.....SPOILER ALERT!

Feel sorry for you Drizzle. Posting all these links and no replys from anyone. I've been avoiding anything TLOU related after the big info leak, just to be on the safe side of course.

Yeah, I personally are very interested in this game, but I somehow don't see anything I could post about it at this stage.

I'll wait till E3. I'm sure the thread will grow then.

EDIT: Ddrizle is something like the game informer of gtp.
Thanks anyway for the links ddrizle. 👍

Ddrizle has been beating me to the punch, but all goods since he knows where the source is coming from! :)

Only 18 days left. 👍

The Last of Us Season Pass pops up in GameStop’s system and has a June 14th release date.

Hopefully the Naughty Dogs will verify or debunk this in time.

Ended up watching Bruce Straley, Neil Druckmann and Ashley Johnson discussing The Last of Us in London on Saturday, where they were screening some new game footage along with Bruce playing a short demo. And yes, he did get killed at one point.

This, GTA V and maybe Watch Dogs are the only games I'm planning to the get for PS3 in the near future.

I am not watching gameplay footage, purely because then every play and scene will be new and more exciting. I hate playing games and thinking, see this on the trailer sigh.

Don't want any reviewers release any spoilers at all, just like the Spanish mag reviewer did on Uncharted 3. After all, this game is spectacular! :)

Season Pass confirmed for The Lat of Us, with one of the DLC's being single player. Naughty Dog has officially joined the greedy pigs club :grumpy:... Here's hoping they burn to the ground.

Some people complain by venting on online message boards, others complain with lighters, butane and gasoline.

It is not really fair to say that, The Last Of Us has gone gold and they obviously split off a team to work on this extra DLC. They said the game is 8-10 hours long and that sounds about right for a game of this nature.

They announce a season pass now so that when we play the game and enjoy it, we go buy the pass because you know it is there. I highly doubt the making of the pass takes anything away from the main game, especially in terms of singleplayer. Singleplayer dlc is usually content that would feel out of place if they tried shoehorning in to the main game, a lot of people want singleplayer dlc for games like this anyway.

Naughty Dog spent years making this game, this isn't Capcom sticking dlc on the original game's disc, it isn't day-one dlc, it is just a developer producing extra content for a game that they have confidence in.

If this singleplayer stuff was available on release date than it would be a different story but I really don't see the big issue. Naughty Dog has yet to release early dlc for a game so if they stick to that plan then I'm fine with that. Unless of course you want to argue that dlc shouldn't be allowed, remember, the game won't have as big of an interest a few months after release, it's business not being greedy.

Once upon a time, we actually got free new content in games. Those were the times...

I dislike DLC in the form of Season Pass, mainly because it's something that is offered before the games has even been released. In other words, it's content that is being withheld from the game. I don't think it's okay to start working on DLC right after you are done with the game, because it means you weren't actually done with the game.

I'm not against DLC all together. Just think a huge percent of the industry is taking it way too far.

Available as individual packs or as a discounted season pass for US$19.99, day-one perks add increased in-game crafting speed, faster healing, a 9mm pistol reload speed upgrade, and a rifle clip capacity upgrade. A 90-minute making-of documentary video, titled "Grounded", is also included.

It is. To me that sort of day one DLC is worse than "new" content as day one DLC. I mean really, that sort of stuff should be in game as an upgrade, not paid DLC.

I was hoping that ND wouldn't make the same mistakes they did with UC3 with being greedy bastards but they have. And worse, they are turning into EA with Day one DLC.
