Did you tried already to play a bit with the setup TDZdave ?
 
You can hit 100°C+ safely, that's still optimal, especially if it's only one of the tyres.

BTW I've just re-watched last weeks' race and I've been DSQ despite having 2.1L in the tank when I crossed the S/F line so be aware, 1L isn't enough !
 
You didn't had enough for the re-entry lap. You need 1 after you finish re-entry lap as far as i know.

We have here 38-40c... Can't even imagine tonight race :(

Edit: Done yesterday a race with AI at Brno and there was the invisible wall again:boggled:

The hot weather is one of the reasons i trained so little this week... It's impossible to stand :P

Btw small grid this week? What happened to aletdownofstate and the others? Wasn't there a newcomer wishing to join up? Haven't heard from him or received the mandatory friend request...

I'm melting away O_o and knowing i'll have 32-33c all the time in my flat while racing makes my head spinning lol
 
How much outside ? Oddly there's no FIA GT3 rule concerning cockpit temperature but in LM GTE the maximum allowed in the cockpit is lower than 32°C if air temp is less than 32°C or less than air temp otherwise. So do you comply with this ? :D

Welcome to Australian weather! :P

Its currently 6 degrees now and expected to reach absolute zero at race start, hopefully our weather balances out and we will both be in a comfortable 18 degrees with a gentle ocean breeze :)
