I seriously doubt I'll finish either race tomorrow. EVERY time I've tried a long race on my 13th lap my car starts doing the moonwalking glitch. This time I couldn't being the car down for a full 2 minutes.

It seems they found out about the glitch in 5.0 but make sure you post onPCars forums!
 
It is really a problem track Silverstone , had a couple problem of my self this week so cross fingers at least we can finish one of the two races this evening .
 
Sorry I have not been online much to update the thread. Apologies. Race will be 18 laps. I am in the process of updating the room lists. Room one drivers are the finishing list, plus Oranges, Night, Dave killemall and Acekilla. Room 2 is just being sorted now.

You didn't miss much from my PoV in room 2, was a mostly uneventful race. I would stream race 2 but I'm hosting, not that it matters much on my connection.

He's a guy we race with a lot, probably joined off someone not realising. :lol:

He's not on the roster anywhere either as an active driver or a reserve.

Woioooooooooooooooooooooooo Hammymansel1980 your car discodancing all over the place in race 2 , I was third but didn't want to risk to race for first place in this condition .
With this bad connection you hit the second/place driver and he was out for a moment .

For me it was impossible to race along allstyles and Mansell... Not sure if it was their connection, lag spikes, psn fault, them not resetting routers before race, or having mics on in some party, or streaming the video. No clue, but in racing and hosting for years on gt5/gt6 and the first two series here on PCars i never saw anything like this.
 
I think the only way to continue on is to have incident reviews and penalties handed down. I had BlownSmokeOs purposely try to wreck me twice in race 1 and killer_ramsay hip check me off track at the hairpin in race 2.

Qualifying was already big fun with ErnstJ for first grid place .
First race :D goooooooood
16 laps everything went well , from 16 lap tyres where of , 18 lap ....almost at the end of the race lost controll over the car for no reason ( a bit like Ozwheels moonwalk ) so lost my second place but fortunately i could end to the finish line on third place .

Second race ....boring , to dangeres to fight for the first place with Hammymansel1980 because of the discodancing bad connextion .

But one thing I must say , there are where some clean racers in room 2 Thanks guy's :cheers:.

Hi fellas fine if i was lagging then sorry but on my saved replay i have no lag. 4 or 5 cars in room 2 had bad lag today, my internet connection is fine so it's not that. PSN maybe playing up or the game itself. The game has been acting strangely for the last 4 or 5 days with various glitches both offline and online that has affected others in races i have been in, including race 2 tonight, when my car, and my wheel glitched with the 'no gravity' feeling when i had a 14 second lead. I then had to continue with no FFB. I will put a replay soon! Sorry again..... :(
 
You won't see your own lag. Not that I saw any in race 2, there was definitely something funky going down with you and Karsten (iirc) in race 1, however. I'll post my footage of it so people can make up their own mind.
