Today was a mildly apathetic day for me, I went in and pre-ordered GT6.
It felt like a 2nd place prize, it won't be bad, far from it I'm looking forward to it, hence the pre-order, but I'll have to wait until GT7 for the game I was really hoping for.
Which begs the question, in an alternative reality, I did pre-order both the PS4 and GT6, as there it will be released on that console, but since it isn't, why should I pre-order a PS4 in this reality?
I haven't bought a console from new since... sadly it might be the GameCube, don't think even the Super Nintendo (my first console) or N64 were straight from new, the PS2 and PS3 certainly weren't, neither was my Wii or short lived 360.
I just can't find a title coming out for it worth $500 or whatever it'll be, GT6 'might've' been worth it (imo would've been), otherwise, anything else?
So are you, and if so, why?
