Your right , I just went on a better site and it proved the one I copied was the r33, but it also had the r34 pennzoil, so I just made a few modifacations to the one I made and now it almost looks like the r34, except I couldnt get the word penzoil on the side small enough to fit in the door, so the number is after the wheelwell instead of infront of it.
 
Here is the picture I found of the r-34, theres not much of a difference:

Nice shading on that skyline truck, the right one looks a little off though. Good work all the same.
