Heh, it's a car.

Here's how you do it:

Select a part of a car that's one certain color.
Eye-drop a color sample off that part of the car, and fill in your selection.
Repeat until you're done.

Have Fun!

Do you still have the .psp file of that? I would love to mess around with the filled-in layer!
 
Alright! I love cel-shading! :D

We don't have to cel-shade the whole backround, do we? Just the car right?
 
Hey Bimmer, do you know of any place that has a tutorial on that or did you discover that yourself? It has a really cool effect which I would like to apply to alot of things.

I tryed it out on a Ferrari..better than I expected. Using smart blur helps alot!!
