Maintenence ongoing atm so heres hoping it :censored:s off :D.

At this point we can simply cut the list into two divisions with qualifying. Send PM's out and we should get at least 20, which would be great.

Then we could just use the JGTS point structure.

Just curious, the OP says that there will be a Saturday race at 8pm hosted by Owens but the conversation about it in the thread seemed like it wasn't a final thing. Will there be a Saturday race this week?

If anyone qualifies tonight, post their time in the thread and I'll get it recorded.

Saturday race will be 100% up to Owens.

OP update to come tonight.

My power is out at my house, and might be till the weekend! Snowstorm hit the NW and dumped over a foot of snow in some places. I'm able to get online elsewhere but I can't bring my PS3 over to a library to use the net lol. So I hope I'll be able to get some qualifying runs done and race this weekend, weather permitting.

Not so here...yet. :nervous:

I did a few mock runs last night and I get a nagging feeling my car feels...slower than before the patch.

They did... SOPA bill was shelved in Congress today and PIPA was denied a vote in the Senate. Probably won't be hearing from either until 2013 after the election is over.
Yay internet.

GT it is.

GTP_CSL: 1:31.914

El_Aliens69: 1:32.065

Race will be 36 laps, btw.

I'm waiting for all the Barrett Jackson fantasy bid cars to roll through, then I'm getting on. No idea if anyone will be around, if not then I'll quali tomorrow.

the dedication you'd have to have vegging out in front of the tv to win the GT500 blows my mind. GL 👍

I've been watching for just over an hour.

Think there's only one car left tonight anyway. No harm in trying. :)

Edit: And vegging out in front of the TV is normal for me lately. My weekends consist of sitting around at home, since I can't afford to go anywhere. 👎

First, let me say yes, I'm hijacking this thread. But let it be known it's just to make a few more aware of the real new problem, which is incredibly important.

Not so fast...

I urge every one to read this:

Also, with the National Defense Authorization Act being the wave it will ride on in, so to speak, we still have a very persistently real and major threat to our way of life. Like they say in the first link, non of these corporations care if SOPA dropped, they know what their best solution is, and even though it seems like a contingency, or back up plan, it's really not considering the first push was just something for us to go crazy over, blacking out websites, protesting, etc. Then once every one feels the job's "done" in a word then they'll casually sneak this under our noses, piggy backing through on H.R.1981.

And now there's the whole thing with Megaupload and Anonymous taking down tons of government websites and regulators... it's just crazy.

This is how it's always been done. Let as MANY people you know possible about this.

I'm so glad the designers of the internet made it so de-centralized or else we'd have no chance.

Good to keep your eyes open.

I'm not crying over megaupload though ... Kimble was a jag-off and most certainly deserves everything that's coming to him. + it was pretty full of Warez.
