Ah, the Elise. That was a fun car to drive.Ok, here's a video every one can use as a guide for track boundaries.
I was on the absolute limit with this lap (pole lap) so it gets close at times, but you can tell. Key moments are the two chicanes, the solid white line is for road traffic, not the track, so it's ok to get inside it, you only need to end up on the rumble strip on exit.

It's not like I do it intentionally. Sometimes, I lose the nose of the car and I knock one or two down.Kind of drives me nuts when I watch someone go through one of those corners and wipe out all the pylons. Not really necessary IMO, and if it was up to me I would penalize for doing so.

Don't know why I don't go wider with the ride height gap. Went 10/5 and ran a 1:49 so I think I have my setup for the race. 👍My quali tune:

So yeah, by the way, I was running consistent, solid, slow laps of 53's all of practice time last night, said the hell with it, ran my qualifying, turned that 50.9, 3rd lap was a 50.2, and now I can run 50.xxx pretty easily, go figure.
Just thought I'd share that bit of weirdness, cause I certainly don't know what I did differently between the two, or what would have changed for 3 seconds of time instantly.![]()

Hush you. I crashed. Out of Porsche curves I think it's called. Got a tick wide still legal. Car hopped in the Speed Bumps there and stepped rear out. Tried to save it but got a nasty snap back and just went into conserve mode.
Beginning of the lap I touched dirt on exit of chicane.that was the start of the worst qualifying lap I may have ever done.
Could be worse I guess. Not sure how.
