Hey people,

Im a complete noob with GT5 so i have a question.

I see the most beautiful photo's in the
photomode forum of cars, racing in formation or standing in formation.

My question is how you guys do that?
Is it online or in what kind of game mode should i be to race or stand like that?

Hopefully somebody can awnser this question.

Thanks!

Just watch the replay, press START at the part you want to take a picture of, and right over on the right there'll be a button called Photo Mode. 👍

Practice mode works well. Go to time trial, do a couple laps and then go watch the replay. You can pause the replay and select photomode whenever you want.

Or you can use photo travel mode for more scenic backgrounds.

It just takes a lot of patience and time to create artistic pictures, almost like real-life Photography. Professionals usually edit out their photos to address real lighting, do particle cleanups, etc., since the elements & options in-game is not really enough to succeed in photo-realism.

Usually, the location depends on the photographer. For me I like taking photos on Nordschleife. But some prefer different settings to set their photos on.

And welcome to :gtplanet:

Thanks for the awnsers this far!
I know about the photomode button in the replay mode, but how is it posible to see non standard cars racing eachother. Or to see 5 non standard M3's standing on a row?
When i race A-spec or ArcadeMode i always race against stock cars. I can't race against a lime green SLS with black rims in Arcade Mode for example.. :(

That would be online. Just do a race and save the replay and do the steps mentioned above.

You would have to team up with your friends or volunteers to create group pictures with specific cars and colors. Or you could use one-make races in Practice Mode.
