Question about Private lobby options

Is there a way to restrict the lobby to a specific car? I'm thinking of doing a spec race but the lobby options seem quite limited. Is there no way to set it to a specific car? What am I missing?

Unfortunately no. The only option is to pick the class then set the HP & Weight restrictions of the car you are wanting to use.
Sometimes it will only bring up that car and other times it might have 1 one or 2 more along with it.

Okay, thanks. Sounds like we need more options from PD to get really creative.

You can't invite somebody to any lobby, it bugs me since GT5 Only way is to share the lobby ID but idk if somebody who isn't on the hosts friend list can enter such a lobby with the ID?

No you can't. Just another annoying aspect of lobby racing. But you can give anyone the lobby room # to join you. Even if your PSN is set to appear offline and your hidden from everyone.

Agreed. So many possibilities if PD would just add this on little feature.

Do private lobbies still get a lobby title? Just title it 'Mazda MX-5 only or kick' ought to do the trick, wouldn't it?

We would do that all the time in GT6.
