Before daylight savings time, reset was at 7 pm EST, but now it seems that it is 8 pm EST. can anyone clarify on this?

I don't think so.. what time is it now? Because right now its 5:30 pm EST and my trading partner said I needed to send in 2 hours and 40 minutes (sent at 5:20 pm) before reset.

It is 5:34PM here. My trade reset was at 6PM before DST.

It's 5:37 pm here.. I'm so confused..

You do know about Daylight Savings Time?

Right now it is 5:40PM EDT not EST.

We are now GMT-4 where we were GMT-5 before. Therefore the trade reset moves one hour later.

Oh.. I just always thought it was EST and my phone automatically sets itself to the correct time at daylight savings. And its 5:45 here. I guess ill just test it

EDT started on March 13, 2011 at 2AM. Most of your devices should change automatically. Cell phone, computer, PS3, etc. GMT does not change and since trading resets at GMT+0, your (and my) trading reset time moves to 7PM.

On November 6, 2011 we will go back to EST and the trade will go back to 6PM.

Get it?

I think it is PSN. My internal clock on my PS3 has not moved ahead with the recent time change and will not auto update via internet. GT5 is also the same staying an hour behind. When I manually change to the correct time on my PS3 it does not update the internal clock in my GT5 game and it will acutally tell me the date / time is incorrect even though I have manually changed it to the correct time.

The end result is trading times are artificially pushed ahead by an hour. When the internal clocks set via PSN are corrected regular trading times should come back if you are in a time zone outside of GMT

In the XMB of the PS3 you have to turn on the DST in the "set time" section then the clock will show the right time. In the fall you will have to turn the DST feature back off.
