well what happens if someone can prove that it cant be proven true or false?

You can't post anything that is knowingly false or misleading. If something can't be proved either way, it gets discussed. Just look at the "Do you believe in God?" thread in the Opinions and Current Events sub-forum.

That would be called a theory and is perfectly acceptable in most cases as anyone will tell you.
