Yes there was a manufactures in GT2 remember you could buy say a Dodge viper then take part in the races with the other dodge vipers. It had to be a car of certain make to enter the races. I remember a fiat racers cup as well there were quite a few others.

Yeah, i remember, GT2 had manufacturers cups for certaing model cars, there were loads of them. Anyway, I think GT3 didn't bother because at the end of the day, GT3 has a 'few' manufacturer races, such as the Yaris, Clio, Tuscan, Elise, etc... races.

I guess is they realised that having to many cups just made the game very irratating to complete and the manufacture cups were just annoying and I couldn't be bothered to do them most the time especially that lil pizza hut truck with about 23 hp DAMN I HATE THAT CAR

Daihatsu Midget, that's right. I haven't played GT2 at all since I had GT3, so I'm a little rusty.

i know there was that car that looked like a van and had 799hp it messed up everything it was so light it acually flew like a centimeter because i couldnt turn

The Espace F1 was a one-off, and it truly was a minivan on an F1 chassis. Scary fast.

On a related note, a guy I knew was a Porsche mechanic, and his shop truck was a VW Microbus with a 911 Turbo driveline. You haven't lived until you've flown up behind a 7-series BMW in a Microbus, and arrogantly flashed your high beams to clear the left lane...

i saw an article in a magazine about the top ten fastest production cars in the world and i think that the Espace was in it, i think that it waz in one of those top gear magazines i am not sure.
