They are good off road, but now seem to be designed more for on road and for rich people. They used to be much more rugged and designed for the common rancher. I do agree though that they are alot better than alot of the SUVs coming out today!

is sad to see Land Rovers on the road :( the ones these days are made to take the kids to school. fortunately theres plenty of real land rovers still about in their natural habitat :D i went on an off road course and we started off with more modern machines and then the last "ultimate" one we progressed onto was a standard 30 yr old Series 3 cos no other machine could do as much as that  the only decent one being made now is the Wolf and only the MOD gets them :(

Wrangler? or are you just talking Land Rovers?

I believe he's talking about just Land Rovers, due to saying that the only good ones are owned by the MOD (Ministry of Defence).

Jeep Wrangler would be about like the old Land Rovers off road. Onroad, too.

Speaking of Wranglers...and getting back to the heart of the topic...

Uh...It's a DU(m)B edition. and it looks like a Model T Ford. DUBs don't work on Jeeps. I half expect to hear that Model T Chug...

Photo for comparison.

agreed, take off those stickers and put on some real wheels and tires and you would have a nice looking jeep though

Well, duh. Instead, he has a Model T Fordor on Oil Drums.

Jeeps are meant to have thick tires.

wow that really is uncanny, I wonder if anyone else has made the connection yet

Those brake disks are tiny. There is no way they would stop that Jeep at any speed with that rolling radius.

they would probably work just fine, the radius of that combo probably isn't far off what you would get with off road wheels and tires

As soon as I saw that Jeep, I instantly thoughy Model T as well.

If the comparison is so obvious, how did the creator miss it? :dunce:

Wow when I just saw the picture I instantly thought Model T, seems I'm not the only one. :)

I just saw this muppet out and about. I really don't get the point.

I never understood why some mini trucker thought that was cool to drive around with your bed half primered and aired out on one side...for some reason they went together. And I would guess he is only bagged in the front which is hell on your rear suspension.
