They restore/customize old cars. Fair amount are gross, sometimes they show other peoples cars that make your eyes burn.
Kind of like West Coast Customs but on the east and for old people.

Not sure why that's questionable. They are the go faster wheels from GT4, they gave you a few extra MPH in a max speed run!
(Or so my 10 year old self believed!)

Either that, or after I put better wheels on it; I can repaint it to a decent color and modify the engine and what not to make something awesome.
