Only thing I'm ashamed of living in Houston... we they started this.

Put spikes on them and have death matches with the cars. It's their only fate...

All we need now is a Prius with those rims.

Questionable, but in some way highly awesome.
2001 Corvette with a carbon fiber 1960 shell on it. It sold for $110k.

Questionable, in no way awesome. Some Ford... sold for a (overpaid) $3k.

Forgot to post these from yesterday.

Riced intrega.

Impreza with a carbon trunk and hood.

Gti with slightly questionable mods.

And this c5 Vette.

My questionable spots of the day.

This one's not too bad, but it's still pretty awful.

This, however...

Edit: @Gotbeefboy564 I don't see how the Impreza, Golf, or Corvette are questionable.

Rims were bad on the Vette and it had ugly chrome exhaust tips to which I didn't take a pic.

I knew it was but I wasn't really sure when I took the pic.

Honestly I likk the mods he did to it excluding the hood.

The copen should really have their modified version actually, they're not bad.

Wrong thread imo.

A) Convertible pickups are awesome
B)That appears to be a early Chevrolet Blazer which had removable roofs from the factory. They came in 2WD and 4WD. Like this one I photoed a few days back.

Not a pickup!;)

Really? Never heard of that before. Thanks for the info

  • The rooflines of the retro-vettes bug me so badly. It just doesn't fit at all.
  • The owner of the white rsx needs a slap in the face and remove the hideous rear camber.
  • The copens are awesome.
  • The Blazer looks like great fun until you roll over...
  • And The firetruck, cadillac, and convertible truck from the auction post were really good.

1. I agree, from the side it looks decent, but still wrong.
5. Caddy was awesome, I agree, but still makes you think "Why?" firetruck was plain weird... sounded great, just doesn't make sense (Murica, right?)

I still see quite a few here towing horse boxes.

That's for towing!

So the air flow goes over the object you're towing. It was a very common modification on any 80's/90's era tow vehicle.
Well that's odd. It looks so stupid though

There's a piece of crap like that in my neighborhood. I feel sorry for these peoples' neighbors. It looks worse in person. It's sat there for months with no roof so I can't imagine the inside looks very good.

Impreza with a carbon trunk and hood.

May I ask what's questionable about shedding weight? I just got a hood for my RSX, as I posted in the 'what did you do to your car today' thread, and it's a massive weight difference in-hand. Less weight improves handling, braking, acceleration, and fuel economy... is it the un-paintedness of it that you dislike?

Early Blazer's are awesome.

That "piece of crap". In fact is a rare classic to many people. Chevrolet only made them for a few years because of rollovers.

It just looked bad to me.
