This Mercury Cougar-pickup hybrid was parked for a few years with a "for sale" sign in the window...don't think this lovely work of art ever did sell, it probably rotted out first...poor car

That'sa really good way to get the effect of a slammed car, but still keep its functionality. If the wheels were larger, you'd rub and the wheels might be impeded by the fender flares while turning. Out-of-the-box thinking right there, and a smart way to do it. I'd drive that.
