it has rear end parts from an E46 but it is most definitely a civic

EDIT: after noticing how real the kink looked I found a similar shot of an actual E46 on wikipedia and now I don't know what to think.

I think that there is a Civic done up like that, but there was a general agreement that it was a Civic. That is most definitely a BMW.
