Here is a "1970 Ford Lincoln Continental 460 7.0L" (Really a '72-'76 Lincoln Continental with a 460 7.5L) and it's apparently original... I thought maybe it was a special edition but I couldn't find anything on it.

I can see how he'd think that though. The 429 is the exact same engine with a different crankshaft and that displaces 7.0L.
