So i've been watching this thread ( although not signed in) for about a month now and I figured I would come out of hibernation and contribute.

Sorry for the far away pic, but I just noticed it while walking in. This BMW 3 series is lusciously equipped with large red wheels, several mini hood scoops, a window tint, a paint job that I'm pretty sure isn't stock and to top it off, blacked out front headlights(probably tail lights too but I didn't get a chance to look). What's also questionable is the fact that whoever drove it parked in a handicapped space .

I'm also on my phone so I'm not sure if I posted the picture correctly, did I do it right?
