I want to buy my first supercar, I have 400k credit and my final 2 (I think)
Are either the Lamborghini Murcielago LP 670-4 SV or the Lexus LFA.
So which one from these two or if you think of something else?
Quick! My fingers are itching!!

Lexus, though the SV is awesome too.

SV performs better, and easier.

So far it's 1-1 and another 1 :)
So didn't help too much yet..
Thanks guys! Don't stop voting till I'll tell you what I bought!!
Thanks again!

Depends on what you want.

The Lamborghini LP670 Superveloce will stick to the road and manuver well. The LFA will do so too, but it can drift easier. A V12 vs. a V6 if I'm not mistaken. AWD vs. RWD.

I would pick a 458 Italia though :P. 550HP...sounds nice, looks nice, and should perform well. Or the 670.

LFA has a V10, revs to 10k, rear wheel drive fun:)

I have both and the SV is faster but I drive the LFA more.

:sly:i think the LFA is a 4.8l race V10

LFA!!! I love mine and the sound of it is just amazing! Make sure to crank your volume up!

LFA is awesome I can't tell you how many times I've crashed it by getting mesmerized by the tach, that thing is so cool, and the sound is amazing on it.

I'm going with the LF-A and 458 italia. They seem to be the favorite cars on this forum

I'm actually starting to hate those cars because of this forum. They're just all over them because they're relatively new and got praised on top gear or something.

standard ol' cars need some love too.

PS: 430 scuderia >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 458

I love that argument. I guess you don't listen to mainstream music either then?

Umm the question was LFA vs. Lambo if I'm not mistaken, the 430S is great too but that was not what the OP was asking.

Murciélago SV has to be the better looking of the two, and I've driven neither as yet.

So the big orange one :D

I've not driven either but can recommend that a tuned 458 italia is amazing.

I bought the LFA last night and the LP670-4 the night before. I've yet to use either if them in races (my b-spec drivers have used the Lambo though), but in terms of sheer driving fun in the time trials I've been doing, I'm having more fun in the LFA - and I also love the interior and the sound more than the Lambo.

The 458 Italia was one of the first supercars I bought - I gotta say that I don't really care all that much for it anymore. Sure, it's fast (upgraded to around 650 bhp) and handles well, but unlike most cars its looks haven't been growing on me but instead the opposite (used to think it was beautiful, but not so much anymore), and I've never been fond of its engine sound in this game, regardless of exhaust upgrades.

So far my overall favourite car has probably been my chrome Audi R8 V10, tuned to 835 bhp (still a few upgrades I haven't installed if I recall correctly). In terms of lap times it can't quite match some of the best supercars though, even when they are slightly down on power in comparison.

SV of course.

It's a freakin' Lamborghini, what more reason do you need?

I love my LFA so I vote for that. I haven't been in an SV yet.

LFA - a beautiful, shy girl who dresses conservatively, but has a great smile.

Lamborghini LP-670 - a mature, seductive woman who wears low cut black or velvet, but rarely smiles.

If you would like some literary references, consider them to Kitty and Anna Karenina from Tolstoy's Anna Karenina. 👍

Buy one, go make some money and then get the other. Nothing wrong with having both. I try not to limit myself to specific cars, I want to enjoy everything.

Thinking about driving a MMR or Tank Car on stage 7 tonight just for the hell of it. Get in front early because I will be blocking lolol

What does that have to do with anything? I listen to whatever I like. I don't look for music, I just favorite whatever I stumble on. I do however hold collections for some artists.

What are you on about?

Yeah I'm aware of that. I wasn't talking to him.

You don't like them because they are popular.

Mainstream = Popular. Hating something just because they are popular is an awful argument.

I don't hate them because they're popular. There's a lot of "popular" things that I like, I just don't like it when A LOT of people label something "the best" without a good reason. It sort of becomes a fad.

edit-

I'm sleepy

Basically, that's what you meant. You hate them because they are getting popular on this forum. And why I brought up the music part: It is often said so in music. A lot of people hate a specific artist solely because he or she is popular.

I'm sorry for going OffT.

OnT: Both! I don't like the look of the Lexus, but it's fantastic to drive. Lamborghini feels like a boat (without tuning), though.

I agree with tdk to a point. There comes a time when you just get tired of anything that's overly hyped and constantly gushed about. The cars are great -- there's no argument from me there -- but if everyone has one, I'd get tired of it, too. There are always exceptions, of course.

When Initial D and those oh-so-fun Fast and Furious movies came out. Everyone and their mother was "FD RX7" this, and "R34 GT-R" that, or "AE86 pwns drifto lol!" when it came to playing them in Gran Turismo. That got tired pretty quickly.

It's fine to have an admiration for great things, but it's often better not to be another sheep following some trend just because.

That being said, I'd pick up the LFA between the two, first. It's combination of looks, performance, and general technical wizardry is too hard to pass up.

👍
