Quickest lap on midfield ???

Just wondering who has achieved what. I figure the F1 cars will be the quickest at under 1 min - But other than that any great achievments ???
 
In a F090/S... The slowest of the F1 Cars I got 55:425 with the driving force pro wheel.
 
This should be in the online racing - spot races & lap time comparisons forum.

Loadsa cars can get under a minute. An F1, in the hands of the right driver, can do it in under 50 seconds.

On average I'm usually just inside of a second slower than the top drivers.

I've yet to run a sub 50 second lap around Midfield. :(
 
My best laps ever at midfield are these ..

Mid-Field Raceway 0:52.360 Nissan 1998 R390 GT1 LM Race Car

TT1 - 1.20.179

yep! .... thems my proudest runs at midfield :dopey: 👍


I'd be much faster if midfield was a rally track :sly:
 
Hey Mr. P, we need to go take a shot at the Midfield MR record, I'm only a little over .2 away in the GT-ONE and you're only a little more than .3 in the R390.

Bleed Kaga's time is very reachable. (52 seconds flat)

I dont think I can take the R390 much faster than what I have ... maybe .1 or .2 tops but cant be sure ... maybe I'll run the GT-ONE again soon and see If I can get a better set up than the last one I used ... I'll have a try when I am next lost for something to do or have some spare time ... Good Luck gunning for the 51.xxx lap ;)
 
I've been giving the F094/S a shot at this track, and I've knocked it down bit by bit until I set the lap record at:

48.690 👍

I left some time on the track, but found the time I was missing - it was because I wasn't riding the horseshoe rumble strip.

After nailing that twice, I came up with this lap time. :)

Try doing that with the wheel and SIM steering (riding that rumble). :crazy: Actually, it's not THAT hard once you get used to it, but still.

I kept atleast two wheels on the track at all times per the rules of the online community.

I actually lost some time in the tunnel before the horseshoe, as I put two tires off in the dirt, so I can actually improve this run by a few tenths and will do so in the future.

I gave a shot at the Midfield MR record (this excludes the F1's) with the Toyota GT-ONE Race Car TS020.

Came oh so close to beating Bleed Kaga's 52 flat.

52.003 :crazy:

I kept getting 52.1xx and 52.0xx laps until this beauty came. I would've had the record had I not accidentally shifted gears 4 mph early from 5th to 6th. :grumpy:

But hey, it's still a heck of a run!

I'm going to make a vid of it, and post it on my website.

I took *only* a handful of laps at Complex String II and came up with the lap record at 3'03.926 :)

I could down this time if I wanted to by about 2 seconds.
 
i tried for around 800km (Weekly Race Series Week 100) and i got a 3:12.467.

Your time is absoulty brillant.
 
Anyone have any times at Midfield in the Aracade F1 for Gt4?
 
I just saw this thread (yes, I know it was originally meant for GT3 lap times), and I thought I would give my contribution as well, since I have been running laps for the Midfield Le Mans Challenge suggested by icemanshooter23.

So, here is my GT4 time in a Toyota Minolta 88C-V, fully modded, R5 tires, Stage 4 turbo, everything except NOS...

0'52.004

I have the replay to back it up, will provide it later - hopefully I will shave another couple of tenths here and there, too :D

my best gt3 lap was with a f094/s= 50.3xx
best after two laps in gt4, a 55.xxx in a *stock* sauber c9, only mod was super soft's :)
 
That's a good time mustang_4_ever, you should try it with a turbo upgrade and post your results in the Midfield LeMans Challenge thread.
