R: Racing Evolution is GREAT!!! why why why non one knows?

If you have a Driving Force Pro Wheel, get your self a copy of R: Racing Evolution.
It's a fantastic game and your skills from GT4 easily translate over.

Sadly this game got thrown into the gutter because every reviewer who played it had the mindset this was suppose to be the next Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiige Racerrrrrrrr

Turning off all aids and setting the game to hard, is just incredibly fun.
All the team chatter that goes on really pumps you up durring the races.

All the GT4 techniques like slow in fast out, weight shift, minimizing understeer etc all translate over to this game very well, and it gets acknowledge when you do something right eg take a corner with perfect braking, man handle a corner like you've turned it a thousand times.

This game really deserves to be on the RADAR.

GO BUY IT CHEAP, I found my copy for $9.99 cnd which translate to 7$US.

I tried this for GameCube and it is a good game. Me and a friend sat a few hours with it actually. For the price it's really worth it!

This thread is from 2007? Anyhow... you know, I was imagining wanting to buy "R: Racing Evolution" from some secondhand dealer or something. This is not a traditional Ridge Racer game. However, its appeal is wonderful. The game even has some great music. Mostly sexy style house. "Liquid Soul" is my favorite song from the soundtrack I know of. I usually call "Enthusia Professional Racing" one of the most underrated games of the PS2/Gamecube/XBOX era. Well, "R: Racing Evolution" is also quite underrated to me.
