Official Series Update 10/26

Making this so that everyone is caught up as to what's going on. I'll start with the bad news, the secondary series is cancelled. Now for some important information, the schedule will be 27 races long. The videos will be made by @tbwhhs, and I'm waiting on the series livery from @RACECAR before I can proceed further with the series.

The only ones with names are the endurances, and 3 of them are set (The only one I don't really like is Fasturd Enduro)
